How We Work
Doggy Day Care & Dog Boarding
- Before your dog comes in we require a meet and great with you and your dog to assess your dog in our environment and how they react to us and other dogs. We will also go through some paperwork here.
- We will then require your dog to come for a taster day and/or night (depending on whether they are a day care dog or boarder). This is to ensure your dog is fully comfortable and can settle without you.
- Your dog will be required to wear a collar and a legal dog tag for the duration of their stay. When you come for the meet and greet we will provide you with more information about this.
- When your dog is ready to come in we do insist that you let us know when you will be dropping your dog off and picking them up. If you are going to be late, please let us know this too (a late fee may apply).
- We do require notice if you wish to cancel your booking. Please scroll down to our cancellation policy section to see more details.
Dog Walking
- We offer services in Sleaford, Quarrington, Ruskington, Leasingham, Greylees and Cramwell.
- We would like to meet your dog before walking them so we can get to know them, as well as getting to know your needs. We will also ask you to fill out some forms too.
- We will either need a key or for you to leave your key in a safe space so we can gain access to your dog.
- Please leave your dog's lead and harness (if they wear one) somewhere obvious. Your dog will also need to be wearing a collar with a legal dog tag. If you need any help obtaining one of these, please get in touch.

Cat & Small Pet Care
- We offer our services in NG34 7, 8 and 9.
- First we come round to visit your pet so we can get to know them.
- During this meeting we will ask you what you're wanting from us. We'll also leave some forms for you to fill out.
- You can decide what type of service you want from our list of options. We offer: one or two visits per day; cleaning out; extra cuddle and/or playtime; opening & drawing curtains; putting bins out and watering plants.
- Our service is customisable so you can pick as many or as few services as you require so we can give you peace of mind whilst you're away.

Cancellation Policy
Doggy Day Care & Dog Boarding
Doggy Day Care -
At least 24 hours notice is require if you are wanting to cancel your dog's stay at doggy day care. If less than 24 hours is given you will still be required to pay for your dog's stay as if they were in.
Dog Boarding -
1-2 Night Stay - At least 24 hours notice is require if you are wanting to cancel your dog's stay at doggy day care. If less than 24 hours is given you will still be required to pay for your dog's stay as if they were in.
2 + Night Stay - For stays of this length we will require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable and must be paid before three months of the stay to secure your place. If you cancel within 1 week of your dog's stay you will be required to pay full price for this stay.
Exceptions
All of the above is subject to our discretion. Reasons for our cancellation policy to not apply are: anything related to COVID-19; death or serious illnes of your dog (we may require evidence from your vet of this); if we no longer feel your dog is comfotable in our environment; any other reason where we feel that the cancellation policy does not apply.
Dog Walking
At least 24 hours notice is require if you are wanting to cancel your dog's walk. If less than 24 hours is given you will still be required to pay for your dog's walk as if had happened.
Exceptions
All of the above is subject to our discretion. Reasons for our cancellation policy to not apply are: anything related to COVID-19, death or serious illnes of your dog (we may require evidence from your vet of this), if we no longer feel we are the right people to walk your dog, any other reason where we feel that the cancellation policy does not apply.
Cat & Small Pet Care
1-2 Nights - At least 24 hours notice is require if you are wanting to cancel our services. If less than 24 hours is given you will still be required to pay as if we had looked after your pet.
2 + Nights - If you cancel our services between 8 to 14 days of the day we were to begin looking after your pet we will require you to pay 50% of the price we would have charged for looking after your pet. If you cancel within 7 days of the day we were to begin looking after your pet we will require you to 100% of the price we would have charged for looking after your pet
Exceptions

Reasons for our cancellation policy to not apply are: anything related to COVID-19, death or serious illnes of your pet (we may require evidence from your vet of this), if we feel we are no longer the best person to look after your pet, any other reason where we feel that the cancellation policy does not apply.
